Welcome to Dorvahi. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. About Dorvahi

Dorvahi is an online fashion and ethnic wear brand offering a curated collection of unstitched suits, stitched suits and co-ord sets.

We reserve the right to update our products, collections, pricing and website content from time to time.

2. Products & Product Information

We make every effort to display our products, colours, prints, embroidery, fabrics, measurements and other details as accurately as possible.

However, slight differences in colour may occur due to photography, lighting and individual screen settings.

As some of our products may feature handcrafted elements, minor variations in texture, weave, embroidery or finish may naturally occur. Such variations are not considered defects.

For stitched garments and co-ord sets, customers are advised to carefully check the size and measurement information provided on the respective product page before placing an order.

3. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, Dorvahi may cancel the order and, where applicable, refund the amount paid for that product.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹).

Prices, offers and promotions may be changed or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time of purchase.

5. Orders

Placing an order on our website does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

Orders are subject to product availability, payment confirmation and verification of the information provided.

Dorvahi reserves the right to cancel or decline an order in exceptional circumstances, including product unavailability, incorrect pricing, incomplete information or suspected fraudulent activity.

6. Payment

We offer both prepaid and Cash on Delivery payment options, subject to the conditions displayed on our website.

Prepaid Orders

Prepaid orders receive 5% OFF + FREE SHIPPING, subject to the applicable offer terms.

Cash on Delivery

COD is available for orders up to ₹4,000.

A flat ₹200 shipping charge applies to COD orders.

For COD orders, Dorvahi may contact you to confirm your order before dispatch.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days after confirmation.

After dispatch, delivery generally takes 3–10 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier service.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Dorvahi does not accept returns or provide refunds on orders.

An exchange is available only in case of a confirmed product defect or damage, subject to our Refund & Exchange Policy.

Any eligible defect must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with parcel opening video.

The product must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition, with original packaging and tags intact.

9. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

Please review your product selection, size, colour, quantity and delivery details carefully before placing your order.

In exceptional circumstances where Dorvahi is unable to fulfil an order, we reserve the right to cancel the order and, where applicable, refund the amount paid.

10. Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information while placing an order, including their name, mobile number and shipping address.

For stitched products and co-ord sets, customers are also responsible for selecting the appropriate size based on the measurements provided on the product page.

Dorvahi will not be responsible for an incorrect size selected by the customer.

11. Website Content

All content on the Dorvahi website, including photographs, videos, text, graphics, logo, brand identity and product descriptions, belongs to or is used by Dorvahi with appropriate rights.

This content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

12. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes.

You must not misuse the website, provide false information, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or use it for fraudulent or unlawful activities.
