Customers are responsible for providing the correct and complete delivery address and contact details. Dorvahi will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Once the order has been handed over to the courier partner, delivery is subject to the courier's service timelines. Dorvahi will assist in resolving delivery-related issues to the best of our ability.
